I have also found your posts most uplifting when I have been in a dark place. As I am getting more in touch with my anger, which usually is telling me I need to say no to something, my universe is expanding beyond my wildest dreams and in those blissful moments of oneness, I know everything is alright all the time. I am learning who to say yes to and to say know (NO) to all my cultural conditioning. I realize in reading the last sentence, I seem to have made a Freudian slip. The (NO) in parentheses was added after I reread the sentence. What a joy the many ways the universe teaches me truth?

Margaret McConnell

In honor of the word NO here is a nesting poem I've written.
NO MORE RULES!
by Margaret McConnell

NO MORE RULES!

NO MORE RULES!
Leave me alone.

NO MORE RULES!
Leave me alone,
I will be all right.

NO MORE RULES!
Leave me alone.
I will be all right.
Deep inside I know where I am going.

NO MORE RULES!
Leave me alone.
I will be all right.
Deep inside I know where
I am going.
The truth will set me free.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
